I first started working in our Call Centre, finding our customers the best policy for their needs; following this, I progressed to lead a team of 10 people to achieve the sales and customer service targets. Having worked in sales for three years, I felt I needed a change in my career direction and so was successful in applying for a Business Analyst role in our central General Insurance change function. After 18 excellent months delivering change in the wider GI business, I then took a Project Management role within Direct. So, over my six years so far with the company, I have had four successful promotions, which have covered a wide span of the General Insurance Business.
